摘要
目的:探讨手术视频剪辑教学在胃肠肿瘤临床教学中的应用和体会。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院胃肠外科轮转的60名专业型研究生和住培医师为研究对象。根据抽签的方式将其分为视频剪辑组和非视频剪辑组,各30名。两组学员均按要求安排密集多元的教学。非视频剪辑组给予常规手术视频教学,视频剪辑组给予手术视频剪辑教学。轮转结束时,比较两组考试情况。分析视频剪辑组教学满意度。结果:视频剪辑组考试成绩、优秀率均高于非视频剪辑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。视频剪辑组90.0%(27/30)的学生认为视频剪辑对掌握胃肠道和腹部脏器解剖知识有帮助;83.3%(25/30)的学生认为对学习胃癌淋巴结分组有帮助;93.3%(28/30)的学生认为对掌握远端胃癌根治术步骤及技巧有帮助;86.7%(26/30)的学生认为有助于激发学习兴趣;83.3%(25/30)的学生认为有助于提高临床思路能力;90.0%(27/30)的学生认为有助于掌握胃肠肿瘤诊疗过程。结论:在胃肠肿瘤临床教学中进行手术视频剪辑教学,可提高学生的考试成绩,对手术步骤和手术技巧的理解和临床综合能力有帮助,提高教学质量。
Objective:To explore the application and experience of surgical video clip teaching in clinical teaching of gastrointestinal cancer.Method:From July 2020 to July 2022,60 professional graduate students and resident physicians who rotated in Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the method of drawing,they were divided into video clip group and non-video clip group,with 30 participants in each group.Students in the two groups were required to arrange intensive and diversified teaching.The non-video clip group was given routine surgical video teaching,and the video clip group was given surgical video clip teaching.At the end of the rotation,the examination situation in the two groups was compared.The teaching satisfaction of video clip group was analyzed.Result:The examination results and excellent rate of the video clip group were higher than those of the non-video clip group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the pass rate between the two groups(P>0.05).90.0%(27/30)of the students thought that video clips were helpful to master the anatomical knowledge of gastrointestinal tract and abdominal organs;83.3%(25/30)of the students thought it was helpful to learn lymph node grouping of gastric cancer;93.3%(28/30)of the students thought it was helpful to master the steps and skills of distal gastric cancer radical resection;86.7%(26/30)of the students thought it was helpful to stimulate their interest in learning;83.3%(25/30)of the students thought it was helpful to improve the ability of clinical thinking;90.0%(27/30)of the students thought it was helpful to master the diagnosis and treatment process of gastrointestinal cancer in video clip group.Conclusion:The surgical video clip teaching in the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal cancer can improve the examination results of students,help with the understanding of surgical procedures and surgical skills and the clinical comprehensive ability,and improve the teaching quality.
