摘要
社区矫正对象作为社会的特殊群体受到广泛关注。降低其再犯罪风险对促进社会和谐稳定发展具有非常重要的作用。社区矫正对象再犯罪的原因十分复杂,其中与他们的自我认知有着直接的关联。因此,本研究在以往研究的基础上,采用心理污名量表和犯罪者人身危险性问卷对河北省500名社区矫正对象进行测试,通过SPSS 22.0对结果进行差异性检验、相关分析及回归分析,从而对社区矫正对象的自我污名与人身危险性的关系进行实证性的探究。结果显示:社区矫正对象的人身危险性不高,自我污名水平良好;自我污名的5个维度都与人身危险性总分呈显著正相关;自我污名对人身危险性有显著预测作用。这表明,社区矫正对象的自我污名水平可以直接影响其人身危险性,在开展社区矫正对象的干预时,应该对其自我污名水平情况加以关注。
As a special group of society,community correction objects are widely concerned.Reducing the risk of recidivism plays a very important role in promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.Whether community correction objects have the possibility of recidivism or not has very complicated reasons,which are directly related to their self-cognition.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this study tested 500 community correction objects in Hebei Province by using the Psychological Stigma Scale and the Personal Danger Questionnaire of Criminals,and conducted the difference test,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the results by SPSS22.0,so as to explore the relationship between self-stigma and personal danger of community correction objects empirically.The results show that the personal danger of community correction objects is not high,and the level of self-stigma is good;The five dimensions of self-stigma are positively correlated with the total score of personal danger.Self-stigma can significantly predict personal danger.This shows that the self-stigma level of community correction objects can directly affect their personal danger,so we should pay attention to their self-stigma level when we carry out the intervention of community correction objects.
