摘要
《澳門特別行政區基本法》賦予澳門地区居民享有私人生活和家庭生活的隱私權和通訊自由和通訊秘密權,並規定除因公共安全和追查刑事犯罪的需要,由有關機關依照法律規定對通訊進行檢查外,任何部門或個人不得以任何理由侵犯居民的通訊自由和通訊秘密。
The Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region lias granted Macao residents the right to privacy in private and family life ami die right to freedom and privacy of communication.It lias also stipulated that mi department or individual may infringe a resident's freedom and privacy of communication for tiny reason,except for the inspection of correspondence by relevant authorities in accordance with the law for reasons of public security and die investigation of criminal offenses.
