摘要
近年来,研究发现慢性肝病的发生发展与铁离子代谢失常所致的氧化应激和铁死亡等因素有关。在多项研究中发现,中药可通过参与铁离子代谢,调控肝脏炎症、纤维化以及癌细胞增殖,进而干预慢性肝病的发展。本文介绍了铁离子代谢在慢性肝病发展中的相关机制,及中药靶向铁离子代谢治疗慢性肝病的潜在策略,为基于铁离子代谢的慢性肝病治疗提供有益参考。
Recent research has revealed that such elements as oxidative stress and iron death caused by improper iron metabolism are linked to the occurrence and progression of chronic liver diseases.Given its involvement in iron ion metabolism,traditional Chinese medicine has been demonstrated to be able to control the progression of chronic liver diseases by reducing liver inflammation,fibrosis,and cancer cell proliferation.The specific mechanism of iron metabolism in the development of chronic liver diseases is discussed in this article,along with potential therapeutic approaches of traditional Chinese medicine to iron metabolism.These concepts serve as a useful guide for developing an iron metabolism-based treatment plan for chronic liver diseases.
