摘要
从载荷类型、载荷数值等方面对比分析国内外4种轨道交通车辆座椅标准,并采用4种标准对AZ31B镁合金座椅的安装强度进行分析。通过对比分析,NF F 31—119标准的静载荷类型最多为15种。各标准扶手桌台载荷的差异性最大,最大值与最小值的倍数关系为6.00。座椅安装强度结果表明:最小静强度安全系数、抗滑移系数、抗剪切系数分别为2.01、30、421,满足VDI 2230—2014标准要求。座椅横向载荷对抗滑移系数、抗剪切系数影响较大。
From the load type,load value and other aspects of the comparative analysis of four kinds of rail transit vehicle seat standards at home and abroad,the four standards are used to analyze the installation strength of the AZ31B magnesium alloy seats.Through comparative analysis,the NF F 31-119 standard has up to 15 static load types.The difference in the load of each standard handrail table is the largest,and the multiple relationship between the maximum value and the minimum value is 6.00.The results of seat installation strength show that the minimum static strength safety factor,slip resistance coefficient and shear coefficient are 2.01,30 and 421 respectively,which meet the requirements of VDI 2230-2014 standard.The lateral load of the seat has a great influence on the slip coefficient and shear coefficient.
