摘要
非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒感染家猪和各种野猪(如非洲野猪、欧洲野猪等)而引起的一种急性、出血性、烈性传染病。2018年我国发生非洲猪瘟疫情,目前,没有安全有效的疫苗和特效药物对非洲猪瘟进行预防治疗,猪群一旦感染,给养猪生产带来巨大威胁。依靠完善猪场生物安全体系,开展无非洲猪瘟小区建设,防止非洲猪瘟的跨群传播和扩散显得尤为重要。本文在总结国内外非洲猪瘟生物安全体系建设研究进展的基础上,进一步明确生物安全体系建设基本原则,系统阐述规模化猪场选址与布局、硬件设施要求,并指出人流、物流、车流、猪流、生物流等生物安全管理的关键要素和生物安全体系评价的关键措施,以期为我国非洲猪瘟常态化背景下的防控和无非洲猪瘟小区建设提供技术参考。
African Swine Fever(ASF)was a kind of acute,hemorrhagic,and intense infectious disease caused by African Swine Fever Virus(ASFV)infected with home pigs and various wild boars(such as African wild boars,European wild boars,etc.).In 2018,ASF oc curred in China.At present,ASF did not have safe and effective vaccine and specific drug for preventing treatment.Once infected,it would bring great threats to pig production.It was particularly important to prevent the cross-group spread and diffusion of ASF relying on the improvement of the biosecurity system of the pig farm and the construction of compartment free from ASF.On the basis of sum ming up the research progress of the construction of ASF biosecurity system at home and abroad,in this article,the basic principled of the construction of the biosecurity system will be clarified furtherly,and the requirements of the layout and position of pig farm will be explained systematically,and the key factors of biosafety management such as the circulation of personnel,materials,vehicles,pigs and other living beings will be simply demonstrated.The key measures for the evaluation of the biosecurity system will be put forward.It is expected to provide technical references for prevention and control of ASF with regular epidemic prevention measures and the con struction of compartment free from ASF.
