村镇污水一体化处置设备自动控制与监控系统设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 村镇污水处理是现阶段加强农村环境整治的重要手段,构建村镇污水一体化处理设备能够有效解决村镇污水分散排放的问题,满足国家一级A排放标准。鉴于村镇管理技术水平有限,通过搭建物联网架构智能网关,利用工艺设备的现场控制及状态采集功能;选择PLC程序与三层结构、四级网络自动化系统匹配,可以控制数据的准确传输和存储,实现一体化设备中数据管理、处理、报警等管理,达到现场操作以及远程监控,替代现场非专业人员操作。研究结果表明,通过自动控制与监控系统设计的一体化处理设备,在运行过程中可以减少曝气量,节省运行成本,减少人为操作成本。 Strengthen village sewage treatment is an important means to improving village living environment at present.This study aims to solve the problem of scattered sewage discharge by the construction of village sewage integrated treatment equipment,and meets the national level A discharge standard.It builds the intelligent gateway of the Internet of Things architecture in view of the limited management technology level of villages.The field control and status collection functions of process equipment are utilized.The study chooses PLC program to match with three-layer structure and four-level network automation system,which can control the accurate transmission and storage of data,and realizes the management of data management.At the same time,it processes and alarms in the integrated equipment,which achieve on-site operation and remote monitoring,and replaces the on-site operation of non-professional personnel.The results show that reducing the aeration volume and saving operating costs by the integrated processing equipment,which designed in the automatic control and monitoring system.The most important thing is that this way can reduce the operation cost.
