摘要
目的探讨耳部刮痧、中药颗粒辅助盐酸硫必利片治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年4月厦门市中医院儿科多发性抽动症患儿108例,按照随机数表法分为常规组(n=54)和研究组(n=54)。常规组予以盐酸硫必利片治疗,研究组在常规组基础上予以耳部刮痧+中药颗粒干预,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)积分及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于常规组的79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,研究组中医证候积分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,研究组发声性抽动积分、运动性抽动积分、YGTSS总积分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率为7.41%,与常规组的3.70%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳部刮痧、中药颗粒辅助盐酸硫必利片用于儿童多发性抽动症干预的临床效果显著,可改善患儿中医证候,促进症状缓解,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ear scraping combined with Chinese materia medica granules assisted with tiapride hydrochloride tablets on Tourette’s syndrome in children.Methods A total of 108 children with Tourette’s syndrome admitted to Department of Pediatrics of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the conventional group(n=54)and the study group(n=54)according to the random number table method.The conventional group was treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets,while the study group was treated with ear scraping combined with Chinese materia medica granules on the basis of the treatment in the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,Yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS)score and the incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the study group was 94.44%,higher than 79.63%in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the phonatory tic score,the motor tic score and the total YGTSS score in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of ADRs in the study group was 7.41%,which was not statistically significant compared to 3.70%in the conventional group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ear scraping combined with Chinese materia medica granules assisted with tiapride hydrochloride tablets have remarkable clinical efficacy in the intervention of Tourette’s syndrome in children.It can improve the TCM syndrome of children and promote the relief of symptoms,and is highly safe and worthy of promotion.
