摘要
目的:分析数字X线摄影技术(DR)在放射科的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1—12月于上海市闵行区梅陇社区卫生服务中心放射科进行体检的300例老年人作为研究对象,均实施胸部常规X线及DR检查。比较两种检查方式图像质量,分析DR检查清晰度与动态采集范围效果。结果:DR检查一级图像率高于胸部常规X线检查,二、三、四级图像率低于胸部常规X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR摄影技术检查的分辨率为2.8~3.6线对,密度分辨率为1000万像素,显著高于胸部常规X射线检查(分辨率0.8~1.0线对,密度分辨率130万像素)。结论:在放射科中应用DR检查能够获得更加准确、清晰的图像,得到客观的影像学信息,有效预防影像信息损失,提高图像空间分辨率,为放射科诊断相关疾病提供可靠依据。
Objective:To analyze the application value of X-ray digital radiography(DR)in radiology department.Methods:A total of 300 elderly patients who underwent physical examination in the Department of Radiology of Shanghai Minhang District Meilong Community Health Service Center from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All subjects were examined with conventional chest X-ray and DR examination.The image quality of two examination methods was compared and the clarity of DR examination and the effect of dynamic acquisition range were analyzed.Results:The incidence of first-level images of DR examination was higher than that of conventional chest X-ray examination,and the incidence of second-level,thirdlevel and fourth-level images of DR examination was lower than that of conventional chest X-ray examination,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The resolution of DR imaging was 2.8-3.6 line pairs and the density resolution was 10 million pixels,which was significantly higher than that of conventional chest X-ray(resolution:0.8-1.0 line pairs,density resolution:1.3 million pixels).Conclusion:Using DR photography in radiology department can obtain more accurate and clearer images,obtain more objective imaging information,effectively prevent image information loss,increase image spatial resolution,and provide reliable basis for radiology department to diagnose related diseases.
