北方某市二次供水服务现状调查与影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 北方某市二次供水设施数量大且管理关系较为复杂,且该市供水企业并未进入到二次供水服务行业实行统一管理。为理清该市二次供水设施的运行管理总体情况,文章收集并整理了该市二次供水设施的相关信息,统计分析该市二次供水设施的主要类型及管理单位,结合用户投诉情况,分析影响二次供水服务的主要因素。该市以叠压供水设施为主,不同类型设施投诉比率没有太大差距,住宅物业管理存在问题相对较多,有提升空间。总结全国相近规模城市供水企业接收管理二次供水服务过程中的经验,该市若推动二次供水发展,需关注供水企业在设施改造、管理、成本等方面承担的责任。结合运行经验,提出在冬夏两季水箱余氯质量浓度应分别高于0.25 mg/L和0.30 mg/L。 The quantity of secondary water supply facilities in a northern city is large and the management relationship is complex,and the water supply enterprise in the city has not entered the secondary water supply industry to implement unified management.In order to clarify the overall situation of the operation and management of the secondary water supply facilities in the city,the relevant information of the urban second water supply facilities were collected and collated in this paper,the main types and management units of the secondary water supply facility in the city were statistically analyzed.Combined with the data of hotline,the main factors affecting the service of second water supply were analyzed.Pressure-superposed water supply took the first place in the city.There was not much difference in the complaints rate of different types of facilities.There were relatively more problems in the secondary water supply facilities under the control of property management company,which needed improvment.The experience in the process of taking over the control of secondary water supply services by waterwork group across the country was summerized.If the city promoted the development of secondary water supply,it was necessary to pay attention to the responsibilities of waterwork group in terms of facility renovation,management,and cost.Combined with the operating experience,it was proposed that the residual chlorine mass concentration in the water tank should be higher than 0.25 mg/L and 0.30 mg/L in winter and summer.
