摘要
在农机上安装了远程数据终端,在农机实际作业工况下对柴油机运行参数进行了采集,并形成了大数据。柴油机冷却液温度范围被划分为4个区间,即柴油机暖机冷却液温度区间、柴油机低温运行冷却液温度区间、柴油机中温运行冷却液温度区间及柴油机过热状态冷却液温度区间。统计分析了柴油机冷却液温度在各温度区间的分布情况及冷却液节温器开启温度对冷却液温度分布的影响,提出了优化冷却液温度分布的措施。
Remote data terminal was installed on agricultural machinery,and operating parameters of diesel engine were collected under actual working conditions of agricultural machinery,forming big data.Temperature range of diesel engine coolant was divided into four intervals,namely diesel engine warm-up coolant temperature range,diesel engine low-temperature operating coolant temperature range,diesel engine medium temperature operating coolant temperature range,and diesel engine overheating coolant temperature range.Distribution of diesel engine coolant temperature in each temperature range and influence of coolant thermostat opening temperature on coolant temperature distribution were statistically analyzed,and measures to optimize coolant temperature distribution were proposed.
