摘要
基于南方电网标准化设计模块和相关技术规范,提出了两种典型10 kV杆塔安装架空地线的优化设计方案。计算分析表明,10 kV配电线路安装架空地线后约80%~90%的雷电流将直击地线,雷电直击导线跳闸概率大幅降低,反击跳闸概率有所增加,感应雷击跳闸率明显下降,综合相比无地线时雷击跳闸率降低约30%。经济性评估表明,新建工程安装地线增加费用约为2.9~3.9万元/km,改造工程安装地线费用约为6.2~7.2万元/km,造价相对较高,但运行可靠性高、全寿命周期长、一次性实施后基本免维护,因此建议架空地线仅在雷害严重、重要程度和供电可靠性要求高的线路区段架设,且优先在新建线路设计时考虑。最后对南方电网范围内部分10 kV线路试点应用架空地线情况进行了调研分析,结果显示部分配电线路雷击跳闸率有改善。
Based on the standardized design module of China Southern Power Grid and relevant technical specifications,two optimal design schemes for installation of overhead ground wire for typical 10kV tower are proposed.The calculation and analysis show that about 80%to 90%of lightning current will strike the ground wire directly after overhead ground wire applied on 10 kV distribution line.The tripping probability of lightning direct striking conductor is greatly reduced,tripping probability of back flashover is increased,and tripping rate of induction lightning strikes decreases obviously.The overall lightning trip-out rate is reduced by about 30%compared with that without ground wire.The economic evaluation shows that the additional cost of installing ground wire in a new project is about 29000 yuan to 39000 yuan per kilometer,and the cost of installing ground wire in a renovation project is about 62000 yuan to 72000 yuan per kilometer.The cost is relatively high,but the operation reliability is also high,the life cycle is long,and the maintenance is basically free after one-time implementation.Therefore,the overhead ground wire is suggested only used in the line section with severe lightning damage,high importance and high reliability of power supply,and it is preferred to be considered in the design of new lines.Finally,the trial application of overhead ground wire in some 10 kV transmission lines in the area of South China Power Grid has been investigated and analyzed.The results show that the lightning tripping rate of some distribution lines has been improved.
