摘要
针对应用型本科高校学生培养体制实践教学欠缺的问题,以提升教师实践教学能力、科研导师负责制为基础,加大对学生理论与实践有机结合的教学力度,与企业协同育人,提升产学研校企深度融合。探索应用型高校化工人才“学业指导、科技创新、就业实践”的“三位一体”培养模式,培养具有良好专业知识的应用型化工人才。
In view of the lack of practical teaching in the training system of application oriented undergraduate universities,based on improving the practical teaching ability of teachers and the research supervisor responsi bility system,the teaching of students'theory and practice should be strengthened,and the coop eration with enterprises should be strengthened to promote the deep integration of industry-university-research.This research will explore the“trinity”training mode of“academic guidance,,scientific and techno-logical innovation,and employment practice”for application oriented college chemical talents,and cultivate application oriented chemical talents with good profes sional knowledge.
