摘要
目的:了解石河子市老年人群的口腔健康知识和保健行为,为开展老年人群口腔健康宣教及保健工作提供指导方向。方法:按照第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查标准和方法,采用分层、等容量、随机抽样法抽取石河子市65~74岁老人258例,进行面对面问卷调查,所有数据输入Excel中,建立数据库,采用SPSS22.0统计软件进行分析。结果:石河子市老年人群每天刷牙2次以上的占48.06%,每天使用牙线的占0.78%,从不或很少使用牙线的占91.86%;知晓刷牙出血是不正常的占30.23%,认为牙齿好坏与自己保护有关的占55.81%。结论:石河子市老年人的口腔健康知识与保健行为有待进一步的提高,口腔卫生服务体系亟待完善。
Objective:To understand the oral health knowledge and health care behavior of the elderly in Shihezi City,and to provide guidance for the oral health education of the elderly.Methods:According to the standards and methods of the“Fourth Oral Health Epidemiological Survey”,stratified,equal volume and random sampling were used.258 elderly people aged 65~74 were selected in Shihezi City for face-to-face questionnaire survey.All the data were input into excel and the database was established by spss220 statistical software for analysis.Results:48.06%of the elderly in Shihezi City brushed their teeth more than twice a day,0.78%used dental floss every day,91.86%never or rarely used dental floss,30.23%knew that brushing bleeding was abnormal,and 55.81%thought that the quality of teeth was related to their own protection.Conclusion:The oral health knowledge and health care behavior of the elderly in Shihezi need to be further improved,and the oral health service system needs to be improved.
