摘要
多效唑能增强植株地下部活力和抗逆性,有效促进作物根系生长。为探明多效唑对苎麻根系生长的影响,以中苎1号、川苎8号和遵义团蔸麻3个不同品种苎麻为材料,采用不同浓度(0、50、100、150和200 mg/L)的多效唑对其叶面进行喷施处理。结果表明:多效唑能有效增加苎麻的根系鲜重和根冠比,提高根系抗氧化酶活性和根系活力,降低根系MDA含量。综合考虑,中苎1号、川苎8号、遵义团蔸麻最适多效唑浓度分别为150、150和200 mg/L。
Paclobutrazol can enhance the vigor and stress resistance of underground parts of plants,and effectively promote crop root growth.To investigate the effect of paclobutrazol on the root growth of ramie,three ramie varieties,namely,Zhongzhu No.1,Chuanzhu No.8 and Zunyituandouma,were treated with different concentrations of paclobutrazol(0,50,100,150 and 200 mg/L)by foliar spraying.The results showed that paclobutrazol effectively increased the root fresh mass and root-crown ratio,enhanced the antioxidant enzyme activity and vigor of ramie root system,and reduced root MDA content.Comprehensively,the optimum concentrations of paclobutrazol for Zhongzhu No.1,Chuanzhu No.8 and Zunyituandouma were 150,150 and 200 mg/L,respectively.
