摘要
为研究圆钢管含铁尾矿砂活性粉末混凝土(RPC)短柱的轴压性能,综合已有的钢管RPC短柱受压性能的试验结果以及自身的实验结果,借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了已完成的钢管RPC短柱试验试件的有限元模型。将数值计算所得破坏形态、荷载-应变曲线、极限承载力与试验结果进行对比,论证了模型计算结果的可靠性。同时分析了套箍系数对试件轴压性能的影响。结果表明:圆钢管含铁尾矿砂RPC轴压柱破坏形态为两种,当套箍系数ξ在0.601~0.953之间时,为剪切破坏;当ξ>1时,为腰鼓形破坏。轴压短柱的荷载-应变曲线可分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、承载力下降阶段和承载力上升阶段,部分试件没有承载力下降阶段会直接进入承载力持平阶段或上升阶段。最后根据试验结果拟合其计算公式,与现有文献中的极限承载力数据对比,得出的公式适用性较好,可为工程设计提供参考。
In order to study the axial compression performance of short columns with iron tailings of round steel tube of RPC,the existing experimental results of compression performance of steel tube RPC short columns and its own experimental results are synthesized,and the finite element model of the completed RPC short column test specimens is established with the help of finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The failure mode,load strain curve and ultimate bearing capacity obtained from numerical calculation are compared with the test results,and the reliability of the model calculation results is demonstrated.At the same time,the influence of the hoop coefficient on the axial compression performance of the specimen is analyzed.The results show that the failure modes of RPC axial compression column with round steel tube containing iron tailings are twoξWhen it is between 0.601 and 0.953,it is shear failure;Whenξ>At 1:00,it is waist drum shaped damage.The load strain curve of axially compressed short columns can be divided into elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage,bearing capacity decreasing stage and bearing capacity increasing stage.Some specimens without bearing capacity decreasing stage will directly enter the bearing capacity leveling stage or increasing stage.Finally,the formula is fitted according to the test results,and compared with the ultimate bearing capacity data in the existing literature,it is concluded that the formula has good applicability and can provide reference for engineering design.
