环境内分泌干扰物生殖毒性检测方法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 环境内分泌干扰物分布广泛,严重威胁人体健康。过去几十年中,人类发现和合成了大量化合物,至今仍有许多化合物的生殖系统内分泌干扰效应不能明确。如何快速筛选识别环境内分泌干扰物并评估其生殖毒性,是需要重点关注的问题。本文对环境内分泌干扰物生殖毒性的筛选检测方法进行综述,总结其优势与局限性,为相关研究中方法选取提供参考。 Environmental endocrine disruptors(EEDs)are widely distributed in the environment and do great harm to the human body.In the past few decades,a large number of compounds have been discovered and synthesized,but the endocrine disrupting effects of many compounds on the reproductive system are still unclear.So,how to quickly screen and identify environmental endocrine disruptors and explore their reproductive toxicity need to be focused on.This article briefly reviews the screening and detection method for the reproductive toxicity of environmental endocrine disruptors,and summarizes their advantages and limitations,to provide reference for the selection of method in related research.Environmental endocrine disruptors(EEDs)are widely distributed and seriously threaten human health.In the past few decades,a large number of compounds have been discovered and synthesized,but the endocrine-disrupting effects of many compounds on the reproductive system are still unclear.How to quickly screen and identify EEDs and assess their reproductive toxicity is an issue that needs to be focused on.This article briefly reviews the detection methods of the reproductive toxicity of EEDs as well as their advantages and limitations,so as to provide a reference for the selection of methods in relevant research.
