摘要
目的:调查老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者受害者公正敏感性现状及其影响因素。方法:便利选取318例平稳期的老年COPD患者作为调查对象,采用基本情况问卷、自我感受负担量表(SPDS)与受害者公正敏感性问卷(VJSI)对其进行调查。采用线性回归分析受害者公正敏感性影响因素。结果:老年COPD患者受害者公正敏感性得分为42.72±7.48,自我感受负担得分为31.24±7.18。老年COPD患者受害者公正敏感性与自我感受负担呈正相关(r=0.489,P<0.001)。线性回归分析显示,呼吸困难程度、独居、治疗费用支出、家庭人均月收入、病程、伴有其他慢性病和自我感受负担是老年COPD患者受害者公正敏感性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年COPD患者受害者公正敏感性较高,其受害者公正敏感性受呼吸困难程度、独居、治疗费用支出、家庭人均月收入、病程、伴有其他慢性病和自我感受负担的影响,临床医护人员应积极开展情感帮助和治疗支持,降低其受害者公正敏感性,从而改善其心理、生理和经济负担。
Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of victim justice sensitivity in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 318 elderly patients with COPD in stable phase were included.The general information questionnaire,victim justice sensitivity inventory(VJSI),and self-perceived burden scale(SPDS)were used for the investigation.Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of victim justice sensitivity.Results:The score of victim justice sensitivity was 42.72±7.48,and the score of self-perceived burden was 31.24±7.18 in elderly patients with COPD.Pearson correlation analysis showed there was a significant positive correlation between victim justice sensitivity and self-perceived burden in elderly COPD patients(r=0.489,P<0.001).Linear regression analysis showed that degree of dyspnea,living alone,treatment expenses,family average monthly income,disease course,having other chronic diseases,and self-perceived burden were influencing factors of victim justice sensitivity in elderly patients with COPD(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of victim justice sensitivity in elderly patients with COPD was high.The victim justice sensitivity was affected by degree of dyspnea,living alone,treatment expenses,family average monthly income,disease course,having other chronic diseases,and self-perceived burden.Clinical medical staffs should actively carry out emotional help and meticulous treatment support to reduce their victim justice sensitivity,so as to improve their psychological,physiological and economic burden.
