摘要
                
                    以小东沟金矿全尾砂为研究对象,开展了充填料浆流变性质研究,采用Brookfield RSR-SST流变仪准确测定其流变参数。实验结果表明,该矿全尾砂充填料浆流变曲线符合H-B流变模型,随着全尾砂浓度的增加,屈服应力呈典型的指数函数关系,当其浓度超过72%时,屈服应力和塑性黏度明显增大。通过对不同浓度、不同灰砂比的全尾砂进行3、7、14 d单轴抗压强度测试,获得充填体强度与充填材料配比参数的关系。通过SEM扫描电镜对充填体内部水化产物微观结构分析,得到充填体内部水化产物随灰砂比提高的演化规律,为小东沟金矿实现全尾砂高浓度充填提供理论依据。
                
                In this paper,the whole-tailings from Xiaodonggou Gold Mine as filling slurry were studied by measuring its rheological parameters using a Brookfield RSR-SST rheometer.The experimental results showed that the rheological curve of whole-tailings filling slurry in the mine fitted to H-B rheological model.With the increase of concentration,the yield stress showed a typical exponential function relationship.When the concentration exceeded 72%,the yield stress and plastic viscosity increased significantly.Through the uniaxial compressive strength test of whole-tailings under different concentrations and ash sand ratios of 3,7,14 d,the relationship between the strength of filling body and the ratio parameters of filling materials was obtained.The microstructure of hydration products in the filling body was analyzed by SEM,and the evolution law of hydration products in the filling body with the increase of ash sand ratio was obtained,providing a theoretical basis for realizing high concentration filling of whole-tailings in Xiaodonggou Gold Mine.
