摘要
                
                    能源企业的干部人事档案是人才选拔和培养的依据,更是管理部门和组织部门评估工作的主要参考。它对于促进能源企业人才队伍建设的科学化和规范化具有重大意义。然而,目前我国能源企业干部人事档案管理存在诸多问题,如管理意识不足和管理方式落后,阻碍了人才建设的发展。因此,必须加强对干部人事档案的管理,不断创新,充分发挥其在能源企业人员培养和发展中的重大作用。
                
                Cadre personnel files are not only essential for talent selection and talent development in the energy enterprises,but also provide a vital reference for evaluation work of management and organization departments.These files are of great importance to the scientific and standardized building of talent team in the energy enterprises.However,the cadre personnel files management in China's energy enterprises still faces a lot of issues,such as inadequate management awareness and outdated management techniques,thus hindering the further growth of talent building in the energy enterprises.Therefore,it is essential to fortify and innovate consequently cadre personnel files management,and thus to fully play the important role in the cultivation and building of energy enterprise personnel.
