摘要
针对大型石油储罐消防保护,CO_(2)灭火系统能够有效克服传统空气泡沫灭火系统存在的灭火响应时间长且污染原油等问题,而CO_(2)在管内呈现复杂的流动情况,需对CO_(2)流动特性进行研究。通过试验与数值模拟相结合的方式,搭建了CO_(2)喷放试验装置,并采用OLGA软件建立CO_(2)灭火管道流动模型,对比分析试验结果,验证模型可靠性。基于OLGA软件建立大型石油储罐远距离消防管道,模拟不同配置条件下CO_(2)在消防管道内流动参数的变化。结果表明:输送距离、喷嘴孔径、CO_(2)存储状态和管径均会对CO_(2)流动特性产生影响。输送距离越短、管径越小、喷嘴孔径越大,管道泄压速率越高,气体流动能量损失和膨胀作用导致的管道温降越大;管内压力、温度变化与灭火剂储存状态呈正相关关系。
For the fire protection of large oil storage tanks,the CO_(2) fire extinguishing system can effectively overcome the problems of long fire response time and pollution of crude oil in the traditional air foam fire extinguishing system.However,the flow of CO_(2) in the pipelines is very complex,so it is necessary to study the flow characteristics of CO_(2).Through the combination of experiment and numerical simulation,the CO_(2) emission experimental device was built,and the flow model of the CO_(2) fire extinguishing pipeline was established using OLGA software.The experimental results were compared and analyzed to verify the model's reliability.On the basis of OLGA software,a long-distance fire pipeline of large oil storage tanks was established to simulate the change of CO_(2) flow parameters in the fire pipeline under different configuration conditions.The results show that the conveying distance,nozzle aperture,storage state of CO_(2) and diameter of the pipe will affect the flow characteristics of CO_(2).The shorter the conveying distance,the smaller the diameter and the larger the nozzle diameter,the higher the pressure relief rate of the pipeline,and the greater the temperature drop of the pipeline caused by the loss of gas flow energy and expansion;the change of pressure and temperature in the pipeline is positively correlated with the storage state of the extinguishing agent.
