中医定向透药联合耳穴埋豆对精神分裂症伴糖尿病失眠患者的疗效被引量：3

Curative Effect of Directional Penetration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Ear Acupoint Embedding of Beans on Patients with Schizophrenia and Diabetic Insomnia

摘要目的分析研究中医定向透药联合耳穴埋豆对精神分裂症伴糖尿病失眠患者的应用价值。方法随机选取2020年7月—2021年7月于福建省福州神经精神病防治院接受治疗的100例精神分裂症伴糖尿病失眠患者作为研究对象,以随机综合平衡法分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例)。对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者应用中医定向透药联合耳穴埋豆,比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平、睡眠质量、生活质量、精神状况。结果观察组的治疗有效率为98.00%与对照组(82.00%)对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.007)。干预前,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组睡眠质量对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组精神状况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症伴糖尿病失眠患者治疗期间,通过予以中医定向透药联合耳穴埋豆治疗方法,血糖水平明显改善,且精神状态好转,睡眠质量升高,生活质量随之提升,很大程度上提高了治疗水平。 Objective To analyze the application value of directional permeation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoint embedding of beans in patients with schizophrenia and diabetes insomnia.Methods randomly select 100 schizophrenic patients with diabetes and insomnia who were treated in Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Fujian Province from July 2020 to July 2021 were taken as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)by the comprehensive balance method.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,while the patients in the observation group received targeted penetration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear point implantation of beans.The therapeutic effects,blood sugar levels,sleep quality,quality of life,and mental status of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%compared with that in the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.007).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in mental status between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of schizophrenia patients with diabetes insomnia,the treatment method of directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoint embedding of beans can significantly improve blood glucose level,mental state,sleep quality and life quality,which greatly improves the treatment level.
