摘要
采用环形编织的双底网作为骨架材料,将聚酰胺610(PA 610)、聚酰胺1010(PA 1010)和双组分纤维按一定质量比混合均匀后梳理成网,作为造纸毛毯的纤维层,利用双组分纤维内外层熔点差异使之与周围纤维固结,提高造纸毛毯的耐磨程度和使用寿命。采用低定量、并联式双道梳理和多层铺网工艺,确保毛网成网均匀。采用预压、烧毛、助剂处理和低温定型工艺,提高毯面平整度。所制备的造纸毛毯产品表面平整、耐磨性好,适合高平滑特种纸的生产。
Double bottom net of ring weave was used as the skeleton material,polyamide 610(PA 610),polyamide 1010(PA 1010)and two-component fibers were mixed with a certain mass ratio and then carded into a net,which was used as the fiber layer of paper felt.The difference of melting point between the inner and outer layers of the two-component fibers was used to make them outer fibers condense solidify with the surrounding fibers,so as to improve the wear resistance and service life of the paper felt.Using low-quantity,parallel double-layer carding and multi-layer laying process to ensure the formation of uniform wool net.The flatness of the paper felt surface was improved by pre-pressing,burnishing,auxiliary treatment and low temperature setting process.The surface of the produced paper felt is flat and has good abrasion resistance,which is suitable for the production of high-smoothing specialty paper.
