摘要
功能性消化不良(FD)、胃瘫、胃肠道恶性肿瘤等消化系统疾病常常伴有不同程度的胃动力异常,严重影响患者的生活质量,且目前针对胃动力异常尚无公认的较为准确的诊断方式。胃电图(EGG)是一种通过腹部皮肤电极记录胃肌电活动的非侵入性技术,在临床上具有无创、简易的特点,可用于检测胃慢波异常、评估胃动力水平、判断干预措施疗效,近年来不断得到完善和发展。因此,EGG在胃动力异常的诊断及其疗效判断中具有重要的地位,本文将对国内外最新研究进展进行综述。
Digestive system diseases such as functional dyspepsia(FD),gastroparesis and gastrointestinal malignant tumors are often accompanied by different degrees of gastric motility abnormalities,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.At present,there is no recognized accurate diagnosis method for gastric motility abnormalities.Electrogastrography(EGG)is a non-invasive technique that records gastric myoelectric activity through abdominal skin electrodes,it has the characteristics of non-invasive and simple in clinical practice,which can be used to detect gastric slow wave abnormalities,evaluate gastric motility level,and judge the efficacy of interventions,in recent years,it has been continuously improved and developed.Therefore,EGG plays an important role in the diagnosis and efficacy judgment of gastric motility abnormalities,and this article will review the latest research progress at home and abroad.
