摘要
本文对一种锥形套管高速自动上料系统进行了方案设计,可以在15 s的生产线步进间隙时间内,完成104件的锥形管套产品从取件到识别,再到最后顺向过程,实现了锥形管套产品自动分行编队的无序性,同时可去掉上工序留下的不合格产品及铁屑等,完成“自动组排装盘”。
This article focuses on the design of a high-speed automatic feeding system for conical sleeves,which can complete the process of 104 conical sleeve products from picking up to identification,and finally to the final direction within a 15 s production line step gap time.This achieves the disorder of automatic sorting and formation of conical sleeve products,and can also remove unqualified products and iron filings left by the previous process,completing the“automatic assembly and disk loading”.
