摘要
膝关节创伤性滑膜炎指膝关节受到急性损伤或慢性劳损时出现的滑膜无菌性炎症,以膝关节疼痛、肿胀、积液、行走困难为主要表现,治疗不当或不及时容易转化为慢性滑膜炎。如何制定合理的治疗方案、提高临床疗效使患者更加满意是很多医生面临的一个难题。关节腔注射臭氧治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎是近年来的一个研究热点,该文就近10年发表的相关文献进行了整理,就臭氧在膝关节创伤性滑膜炎中的应用现状进行综述,以期为治疗该病提供一些参考依据。
Traumatic synovitis of the knee joint refers to aseptic inflammation of the synovium that occurs when the knee joint suffers from acute injury or chronic strain.The main symptoms are knee joint pain,swelling,hydrops,and difficulty in walking.Improper or untimely treatment can easily turn into chronic synovitis.How to formulate a reasonable treatment plan,improve clinical efficacy and make patients more satisfied is a difficult problem faced by many physicians.Intra-articular injection of ozone in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of the knee joint has become a hot topic in recent years.In this article,the related literatures published in recent 10 years were sorted out,and the application status of ozone in traumatic synovitis of knee joint was reviewed in order to provide some reference for the treatment of this disease.
