摘要
【目的】筛选出以农业废弃物为主要原料的辣椒育苗基质配方,为辣椒育苗技术提供参考。【方法】将小麦秆、棉花秆、羊粪、草炭和蛭石按不同体积比设置5个处理,CK(草炭∶蛭石=7∶3),T_(1)(小麦秆∶棉花秆∶羊粪∶蛭石=2∶3∶2∶3)、T_(2)(小麦秆∶棉花秆∶羊粪∶蛭石=3∶2∶2∶3)、T_(3)(小麦秆∶棉花秆∶羊粪∶蛭石=4∶1∶2∶3)、T_(4)(小麦秆∶羊粪∶蛭石=5∶2∶3),研究不同基质配方容重、pH、EC、脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性及全氮、全磷、全钾含量对辣椒株高、茎粗、叶片数、干鲜质量、根系活力和叶片中叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的影响。【结果】T_(4)处理容重为0.55 g/cm^(3),pH为7.07,EC为1287.67μS/cm,适宜辣椒生长,且T_(4)处理的脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性及全氮、全磷、全钾含量均显著高于对照和其他处理;此外,T_(4)处理下辣椒植株长势优于其他各处理,且叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量及根系活力均显著高于其他处理,隶属函数平均值为0.529,显著高于其他处理。【结论】T_(4)(小麦秆∶羊粪∶蛭石=5∶2∶3)配方理化性状优异,辣椒的生长状况最好,更适宜作为辣椒的育苗基质。
【Objective】The aim of this study was to screen out the substrate formula for pepper seedling with agricultural waste as the main raw material,so as to provide reference for pepper seedling technology.【Method】In this study,five treatments were set up according to the volume ratios of wheat-stalk,cottonstalk,sheep manure,peat and vermiculite,which were CK(peat∶vermiculite=7∶3),T_(1)(wheat-stalk∶cotton-stalk∶sheepmanure∶vermiculite=2∶3∶2∶3),T_(2)(wheat-stalk∶cotton-stalk∶sheepmanure∶vermiculite=3∶2∶2∶3),T_(3)(wheat-stalk∶cotton-stalk∶vermiculite∶sheepmanure∶vermiculite=4∶1∶2∶3)and T_(4)(wheat-stalk∶sheepmanure∶vermiculite=5∶2∶3).The effects of bulk density,pH,EC,urease,catalase,sucrase and phosphatase activities and total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium contents of medium on plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,dry and fresh weight,root activity and chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents in leaves of pepper were studied.【Result】The bulk density,pH and EC of T_(4) treatment were 0.55 g/cm^(3),7.07 and 1287.67μS/cm,which were suitable for the growth of pepper.The activities of urease,catalase,sucrose and phosphatase,and the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium of T_(4) treatment were significantly higher than those of control and other treatments.In addition,the plant growth of pepper under T_(4) treatment was superior to other treatments,and the contents of leaf chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and root activity were significantly higher than other treatments.The average membership function was 0.529,which was significantly higher than other treatments.The bulk density,pH and EC of T_(4) treatment were 0.55 g/cm3,7.07 and 1287.67μS/cm,which were suitable for the growth of pepper.The activities of urease,catalase,sutase and phosphatase,and the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in T_(4) treatment were significantly higher than those in control and other treatments.In addition,the plant growth of pepper under T_(4) treatment was better than other treatments,and the contents of leaf chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and root activity were significantly higher than other treatments,with the mean value of membership function 0.529,which was significantly higher than other treatments.【Conclusion】The formula T_(4)(wheat-stalk∶sheep manure∶vermiculite=5∶2∶3)had excellent physical and chemical properties,and the growth condition of pepper was the best,which was more suitable for pepper seedling substrate.
