卫生健康人才评价专家遴选的问题与对策——以糖尿病护理领域为例

摘要 人才对于卫生健康行业的重要性尤为突出,人才评价工作倍受卫生健康从业者的关注。专家作为人才评价的主体,需具备相应的专业能力和水平。但卫生健康人才评价专家库在专家遴选的过程中存在专业领域过于宽泛,外行评内行的现象,这很难对卫生健康人才作出客观、公正的评价。本文利用作者合作分析,借助信息可视化技术,对糖尿病护理领域的专家进行识别,结果表明,识别结果为该领域“小同行”,可通过此方法建立高效专家队伍。 The importance of talent for health industry is particularly prominent,talent evaluation has drawn much attention from health practitioners.As the subject of talent evaluation,experts should have the corresponding professional ability and level.However,in the process of selecting experts,the expert database of health talent evaluation has the phenomenon that the professional field is too broad and the layman evaluates the expert,which makes it difficult to make an objective and fair evaluation of health talents.In this paper,co-authorship analysis and information visualization technology are used to identify experts in the field of diabetes care,proving that the expert database of health talent evaluation can find real peer experts by this method,and establish an efficient team of experts.
