摘要
命门学说是中医理论发展史上的一大创新,其最主要的特色就是借用了易学工具不断完善了学说体系。通过对命门取象的总结,一象坎■中之阳(-);二象生命之门。在象生命之门中又包括“豆子”“枨闑”“走马灯”三种喻象。其中体现了易学“重用轻体”的思想,为命门学说的构建奠定基础。进一步梳理命门的太极之象,体现了命门作为生命本原的观点,但在命门水火的认识上存在差异。又从中医眼科八廓学说中发现古代眼科也有“命门为真阳”的认识。最后提出命门学说作为《黄帝内经》之后的中医理论创新的代表,能为现代中医理论创新提供范式。
Mingmen theory is a major innovation in the history of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory.It continuously improves the theoretical system with the aid of Yiology.This article summarizes the image of the Mingmen,just like its Yang(−)in the image of Kan Gua(☵)and source of life which includes three metaphors,such as Bean,Cheng Nie and Trotting Horse Lamp.It embodies the Yiology idea of"attach importance to function rather than form",and builds the foundation for the Mingmen theory.It further combs the Tai Chi image of Mingmen,which reflects the view of Mingmen as the origin of life,but indicates differences in the understanding of Mingmen's water and fire.It finds evidence from the Bakuo theory of ophthalmology in TCM that it recognizes"Mingmen as true Yang".Last but not least,it is proposed that the Mingmen theory,as the representative of the innovation of TCM theory after the Huangdi Neijing,can provide a paradigm for the innovation of modern TCM theory.
