摘要
装配流水线生产是制造业广泛存在的一种生产制造模式,分工作业很大程度上降低了操作者的作业难度,提高了作业熟练程度,从而提升了单个工序的生产效率。但是由于产品工艺流程、装配线设计等固有条件的限制,要想使得装配线上各站位分配到的任务作业时间完全相同十分困难,因此产生了装配线平衡损失。将装配线平衡理论基础与六西格玛DMAIC改进模式相结合,并以某大型电子制造企业高端显示器装配线进行实证研究。结果表明,DMAIC方法可以有效提高装配线平衡率和生产效率,还能为企业实际操作提供一套完善的操作步骤,对企业在类似优化问题上进行推广有示范作用。
Assembly line production is a manufacturing mode widely existing in the manufacturing industry.The division of labor greatly reduces the operation difficulty of operators,improves the operation proficiency,and thus improves the production efficiency of a single process.However,due to the limitations of inherent conditions such as product process flow and assembly line design,it is very difficult to make the work time allocated to each station on the assembly line exactly the same,so there is a balance loss of the assembly line.By combining the theoretical basis of production line balance with six sigma DMAIC improvement mode and applying it to the balance optimization and improvement process of high-end display assembly line in a large electronic manufacturing enterprise.The rusults show that DMAIC method can effectively improve the balance rate and production efficiency of the assembly line,and can also provide a complete set of operational steps for the actual operation of enterprises.It is a demonstration for enterprises to promote similar optimization problems.
