摘要 互联网公司的经营思维包括如下内容:简约思维,企业须在短时间内“抓住”消费者,使产品和服务看上去简洁,用起来简便。迭代创新思维,持续学习和搜集用户反馈,快速迭代、优化产品。追求用户规模思维,先免费或按极低价收费以吸引大量用户,后正常收费。平台思维,共建、共享、开放、平等、共赢,打造互利共赢的生态圈。跨界(颠覆)思维,互联网公司的跨界颠覆实质上是用“互联网的高效率+创新”改进原产业的低效率,包括结构和运营方面的效率。用彼得·F·德鲁克的观点解释就是用新商业模式战胜旧模式。互联网思维不仅是方法论,也是互联网时代经营者的一种素质。 The business philosophy of internet companies includes:minimalist thinking,where companies must“capture”consumers in a short period of time to make their products and services appear simple and easy to use.Iterative and innovative thinking,continuous learning and collection of user feedback,rapid iteration and optimization of products.Pursuing user scale thinking,first charging for free or at extremely low prices to attract a large number of users,and then charging normally.Platform thinking,co construction,sharing,openness,equality,and win-win,creating a mutually beneficial and win-win ecosystem.Trandsboundary(disruptive)thinking,the Trandsboundary disruption of internet-based companies is essentially the use of“Internet efficiency+innovation”to improve the low efficiency of the original industry,including structural and operational efficiency.To explain from Peter F.Drucker's perspective is to defeat old models with new business models,and so on.Internet thinking is not only a methodology,but also a quality for operators in the Internet era.
