摘要
中国共产党推进农村精神文明建设的百年历程,经过了初步探索阶段、巩固提升阶段、系统推进阶段,进而迈入新时代全面发展阶段。在百余年驰而不息的接续奋斗中,农村精神文明建设工作积累了“五个坚持”的基本经验,即坚持党在农村精神文明建设中的领导核心地位、坚持马克思列宁主义在实践中的指导地位、坚持在一脉相承中与时俱进推动理论创新、坚持国家发展需要与个人发展需要相结合、坚持物质文明建设和精神文明建设两手抓。从历史中汲取经验和智慧是继往开来的基础,但还需从现实存在的问题入手,持续推进农村精神文明建设理论创新、凝聚农村精神文明建设多元主体合力、构建城乡公共文化服务一体化格局、补齐思想文化工作短板、激发精神文明建设能动作用,由此促进农村精神文明建设实现高质量发展。
The century-old course of the CPC's advancement of rural spiritual civilization construction has gone through the stage of preliminary exploration,the stage of consolidation and promotion,and the stage of systematic advancement,and then entered the stage of all-round development in the new era.In the continuous struggle of more than one hundred years,the basic experience of“Five Adherence”has been accumulated in the nural spiritual civilization construction,i.e.,the adherence to the CPC's leading core position in the rural spiritual civilization construction,the adherence to the guiding position of Marxism-Leninism in practice,the adherence to the same strain of promoting theoretical innovation in keeping pace with the Times,the adherence to the combination of needs of national development and in-dividual development,and the adherence to the concurrent grasp of material civilization and spiritual civilization construction.Drawing experience from history is the basis of inheritance and wisdom;however,it is also necessary to start with existing problems from the reality,to continuously promote theoretical innovation in rural spinitual civilization construction,to condense resultant force of multiple subjects in the rural spinitual civilization construction,to build an integration pattem of urban and rural public cultural services,to strengthen weak links in ideological and cultural work,and to stimulate the initiative func tion of spiritual civilization construction,thus to promote rural spinitual civilization construction and achieve high quality development.
