摘要
微流控芯片用于检测应用时具有响应时间短、试剂用量小、分析周期短、检测精度高等优点,在环境检测、食品安全、医学检测等领域得到了广泛应用。微流控芯片在应用中,玻璃或聚合物材质的芯片往往需要与外界设备进行连接配合,实现流体进样、实时检测等目的。目前,微流控芯片与外界设备连接的接口形式多样,不同种类芯片与设备之间的连接尚无统一标准,降低了微流控芯片的互换性以及和外界设备连接时的便捷性,同时也阻碍了未来微流控芯片的批量化应用。本文较为系统的介绍了微流控芯片接口技术近几年来的发展情况,对目前繁多的芯片接口技术进行了分类总结,分别阐述了各类接口方法的优势和缺陷,探讨了实现微流控芯片接口标准化的可能路径,并对微流控芯片接口标准化的前景进行了展望。
Microfluidics have the advantages of short response time, small amount of reagents, short analysis period, and high detection accuracy, and have been widely used in environmental testing, food safety, medical testing, and other fields. In the application of microfluidic chips, chips made of glass or polymer materials often need to be connected with external equipments for the purpose of fluid sampling and real-time detection. At present, the connectors between microfluidic chips and external devices are in various forms, but there is no uniform standard for the connection between different types of chips and devices, which reduces the interchange ability of microfluidic chips and the convenience of connecting with external devices. It also hinders the batch application of microfluidic chips. This paper systematically introduced the development of microfluidic chip connector technology in recent years, classified and summarized many current chip connector technologies, and explored the advantages and disadvantages of various interface methods. This paper also discussed the realization of standardization of microfluidic chip connectors. The possible route of the connector standardization of microfluidic chips was also presented.
