摘要
目的研究经络电生理技术联合腕踝针对前列腺癌术后患者生命质量的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2022年2月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院泌尿外科收治的108例前列腺癌术后患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组54例。对照组予以经络理论电生理治疗(低频神经肌肉治疗仪);治疗组在对照组基础上联合腕踝针疗法。干预前后,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织制定的第3版EORTC生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)、EORTC生命质量前列腺癌特异模块量表(QLQ-PR25)、NRS疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、红外热成像对两组进行疗效评价。结果干预后,对照组总体健康状况、躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、疼痛、尿路症状及NRS评分优于干预前,下腹部平均温度高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,治疗组总体健康状况、各功能领域、疼痛、失眠、便秘、尿路症状、肠道症状及NRS评分优于干预前,下腹部平均温度高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,治疗组疼痛、失眠、便秘、尿路症状、肠道症状、NRS评分、下腹部平均温度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合经络电生理技术有助于改善前列腺癌术后患者的疼痛、失眠、便秘、尿路及肠道症状,并可改善局部代谢和循环,显著提高总体生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of meridian electrophysiology technique combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the quality of life of patients with prostate cancer after operation.Methods From July 2020 to February 2022,108 patients with prostate cancer after operation who were treated in Department of Urology of LongHua Hospital Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meridian theory electrophysiological therapy(low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument).The treatment group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Before and after the intervention,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated using the third edition of the European organization for reasearch and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-C30(QLQ-C30),the European organization for reasearch and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-PR25(QLQ-PR25),nursing-sensitive indicator rating standard(NRS)and infrared thermal imaging.Results After the treatment,the overall health status,body function,role function,emotional function,social function,pain,urinary tract symptoms and NRS score of the control group were better than those before the intervention,and the average temperature of the lower abdomen was higher than that before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the overall health status,various functional areas,pain,insomnia,constipation,urinary tract symptoms,intestinal symptoms and NRS score of the treatment group were better than those before the intervention,and the average temperature of the lower abdomen was higher than that before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain,insomnia,constipation,urinary tract symptoms,intestinal symptoms,NRS score,and lower abdominal mean temperature in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with meridian electrophysiology technique can help to improve the pain,insomnia,constipation,urinary tract and intestinal symptoms of patients with prostate cancer after operation,and can improve local metabolism and circulation,significantly improve the overall quality of life.
