上海西渡社区高血压患者精准测压满意度及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the satisfaction of hypertension patients with accurate blood pressure measurement and the influencing factors in Xidu Community in Shanghai

摘要目的:对上海市奉贤区西渡街道社区卫生服务中心高血压患者的精准测压满意度及其影响因素进行调查分析。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法选取2021年7—9月在上海市奉贤区西渡街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的642例患者进行问卷调查。结果:对精准测压服务态度、便捷性和有效性满意的高血压患者分别为621例(96.7%)、612例(95.3%)和597例(93.0%)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、服用降压药、多病共存是对精准测压服务态度满意的促进因素,非在职、吸烟是其阻碍因素;签约家庭医生、服用降压药是对精准测压便捷性满意的促进因素;服用降压药、多病共存是对精准测压有效性满意的促进因素,而高血压病程>5年是其阻碍因素。结论:应重点关注非在职、吸烟及高血压病程较长的人群,针对性进行精准测压宣传,增加这部分人群的精准测压使用频率,让精准测压发挥更大的作用。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the satisfaction of hypertension patients with accurate blood pressure in Xidu Community in Shanghai and the influencing factors.Methods:From July to September 2021,642 outpatients were recruited by cluster random sampling in Xidu Community Health Service Center in Shanghai for a questionnaire survey.Results:621(96.7%),612(95.3%)and 597(93.0%)hypertensive patients were satisfied with the service attitude,convenience and effectiveness of accurate pressure measurement,respectively.Binary logistic analysis showed that age≥60 years old,taking antihypertensive drugs and coexistence of multiple diseases were the driving factors for satisfaction with accurate pressure measurement service attitude,and non-working,and smoking were the hindering factors.Signing a family doctor and taking antihypertensive drugs were the driving factors for satisfaction with the convenience of accurate pressure measurement;taking antihypertensive drugs and coexistence of multiple diseases were the driving factors for satisfaction with the effectiveness of accurate pressure measurement,while the duration of hypertension>5 years was the hindering factor.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the population of non-working,smokers and the long history of hypertension,the targeted publicity on accurate pressure measurement is carried out to increase the frequency of use of accurate pressure measurement for this group of people,and make accurate pressure measurement play a greater role.
