摘要
通过对档案参考咨询服务的现状进行分析,提出档案智能问答服务应与实际工作相结合,并阐述了智能问答知识库的构成以及档案智能问答服务的流程。将智能问答应用于档案的参考咨询服务,可以为用户提供高效的档案问答环境,有效解决传统档案馆人工服务效率低、反馈时间长等问题。
Through the analysis of the current situation of archives reference and consultation service,this paper proposes that the archives intelligent questions-answering service be combined with the actual work,and expounds the composition of the intelligent questions-answering knowledge base and the process of archives intelligent questions-answering service.The application of intelligent questions-answering to the reference and consultation service of archives can provide users with an efficient questions-answering environment for users,and effectively solve the problems of traditional archives manual services such as low efficiency and long feedback time.
