两栖动物壶菌病相关研究进展 被引量:1

Advance of Research in Chytridiomycosis of Amphibian

摘要 壶菌病,在全球化和野生动物贸易的推动下,对两栖类物种生存造成了灾难性威胁,其影响广度和深度仍在扩大。从引起壶菌病的主要致病菌——蛙壶菌、致病机理和临床症状、壶菌病出现的两种假说、壶菌病的检测与防治几个方面对壶菌病现状进行概括总结,以期为壶菌病的进一步研究及两栖动物物种多样性保护提供参考。 Driven by globalization and wildlife trade,chytridiomycosis has caused a catastrophic threat to the survival of amphibians,and its impact is still expanding in breadth and depth.The current situation of the main pathogenic fungus-Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis are summarized in aspects of the pathogenic mechanism and clinical symptoms,which is expected to provide a reference for futher research of chytridiomycosis and diversity protection of amphibian species.
