鳄蜥日活动起始时间与天亮、日出时间的关系

Relationship Between Starting Time of Daily Activity of Shinisaurus crocodilurus and Daylight Time and Sunrise Time

摘要 受光照或内源性激素变化的影响,生物的一些生理现象和行为会呈现昼夜性的波动。为深入了解环境的光周期如何影响鳄蜥的日活动起始时间,于广西大桂山鳄蜥国家级自然保护区开展鳄蜥苏醒睁眼时间及苏醒后初次活动时间与天亮、日出时间的关系研究。结果表明:(1)鳄蜥苏醒睁眼在日出前完成,且睁眼时间与天亮时间(y=1.0986 x-0.0700,R^(2)=0.0295;P=0.168)、日出时间呈线性关系(y=1.2026 x-0.4911,R^(2)=0.0294;P=0.169),但相关性皆为不显著;(2)鳄蜥苏醒睁眼时间与初次活动时间呈显著正相关(y=0.9921 x+0.1151,R^(2)=0.9585;P<0.001);(3)降水(有雨无雨)对鳄蜥睁眼时间、初次活动时间无影响(睁眼时间:F=2.033,P=0.159;活动时间:F=3.353,P=0.072)。 Affected by changes in light or endogenous hormones,some physiological phenomena and behaviors of organisms show diurnal fluctuations.In order to understand how the photoperiod of the environment affects the onset time of daily activities of the crocodile lizard,the study investigated the relationship between the awakening time of the crocodile lizard and the first activity time after waking up,and the time of dawn and sunrise in Guangxi Daguishan Crocodile Lizard National Nature Reserve.The results showed that:(1)The crocodile lizard waked up before sunrise,and there was a linear relationship between the awakening time and the dawn time(y=1.0986 x-0.0700,R^(2)=0.0295;P=0.168),and the sunrise time(y=1.2026 x-0.4911,R^(2)=0.0294;P=0.169),but the correlations were not significant.(2)The time between awakening of the crocodile lizard was significantly positively correlated with the first activity time(y=0.9921 x+0.1151,R^(2)=0.9585;P<0.001).(3)Precipitation(with or without rain)had no effect on the awakening time and the first activity time of the crocodile lizard(awakening time:F=2.033,P=0.159;activity time:F=3.353,P=0.072).
