摘要
从生产、成本、消费、贸易和价格等5个方面对2022年新疆肉羊市场形势进行回顾,对2023年市场趋势进行展望。研究发现,2022年新疆羊肉产量稳中有增;豆粕价格上涨明显,肉羊养殖成本高位上涨;羊肉消费量略有下降;活羊贸易量大幅减少;羊肉价格持续下跌,但仍高位运行。展望2023年,新疆肉羊市场供需偏紧状况持续改善,肉羊生产持续增长,养殖成本继续高位运行,羊肉消费量温和增长,活羊贸易逐渐回暖,羊肉价格周期性缓慢回调。因此,政府应做好肉羊市场调控;养殖场户要优化肉羊养殖模式、控制养殖成本;消费者应不断调整肉类消费结构,合理、理性消费。
The situation of Xinjiang sheep market in 2022 were reviewed from five aspects,including production,cost,consumption,trade and price,and the market trend in 2023 was forecasted.It was found that the output of mutton in Xinjiang increased steadily in 2022;the price of soybean meal rose significantly,and the cost of sheep breeding rose at a high level;mutton consumption decreased slightly;the sheep trade decreased significantly;mutton prices continued to fall,but they were still running high.Looking forward to 2023,the tight supply and demand situation of Xinjiang's sheep market will continue to be improved,mutton production will continue to grow,sheep breeding costs will continue to run at a high level,mutton consumption will grow moderately,sheep trade will pick up,and mutton prices will continue to periodically and slowly recover.Therefore,the government should do a good job in regulating the sheep market;breeding enterprises and farmers should optimize the breeding mode of sheep to control breeding costs;consumers should constantly adjust meat consumption and consume rationally and reasonably.
