摘要
                
                    Excess amount of CO_(2) in the atmosphere is one of the major causes of the greenhouse effect and global warming[1].CO_(2),a promising feedstock for bio-refinery,its efficient utilization is challenging due to its stable structure and low energy state[2,3].However,small energetic compounds like methanol become a bridge and bond of efficient CO_(2) transformation[4,5].Therefore,methanol biotransformation via microbial cell factories will pave the way for sustainable production of value-added chemicals.
