摘要
水打桥隧洞进口段为高瓦斯隧洞,在瓦突段治理及开挖过程中又遇见煤层地质构造带,受地质构造和爆破时震动的双重影响,在隧1+530掌子面发生了煤与瓦斯突出,因各项应急措施得当,未发生人员伤亡。瓦斯突出事件发生后,为确保施工安全,首先对瓦斯突出造成的变形段进行了加固,然后再对瓦斯突出形成的溜塌体及空腔进行了处理。同时根据揭露的煤层地质构造带特点和预估的隧洞要穿越煤层地质构造带的长度,对后续瓦斯突出洞段治理方案、隧洞开挖及支护方案进行了改进,确保了水打桥隧洞进口段的施工安全。目前水打桥隧洞瓦斯洞段已安全完成开挖,说明改进后的瓦斯突出治理方案科学合理;施工过程中的监测数据表明初期支护未发生明显变形,说明调整后的开挖及支护方案科学合理、初期支护施工质量良好。
The entrance section of Shuidaqiao Tunnel is a high-gas tunnel.During the treatment and excavation of the gas outburst section,a coal seam geological structure was encountered,and under the dual influence of geological structure and blasting vibration,a coal and gas outburst occurred at 1+530 section tunnel face.Due to the appropriate emergency measures,no casualties occurred.After the gas outburst incident,in order to ensure construction safety,the deformed section caused by the gas outburst was reinforced first,and then the landslide body and cavity formed by the gas outburst were treated.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the exposed coal seam geological structure and the estimated length of the coal seam geological structure zone to be crossed by the tunnel,the gas outburst treatment plan,tunnel excavation and support plan for the subsequent sections were improved to ensure the construction safety of the entrance of Shuidaqiao Tunnel.Currently,the gas outburst section of Shuidaqiao Tunnel has been safely excavated,indicating that the improved gas outburst treatment plan is scientifically reasonable.Monitoring data during the construction process shows that there was no significant deformation in the initial support,indicating that the adjusted excavation and support plan is scientifically reasonable and the initial support construction quality is good.
