摘要
碳纤维复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced polymer,CFRP)具有质量轻、比模量高、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车等工程应用领域。由于其加工过程中伴随着分层、纤维撕裂、表面粗糙度差等问题,制约了其进一步的发展及应用。从加工工艺出发,对影响CFRP加工的工艺参数进行归纳,并将产生的缺陷与工艺参数间的关系进行梳理,对可能解决的办法进行展望,为开展CFRP加工提供技术支持和帮助。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)is widely used in aerospace,automotive and other engineering applications due to its light weight,high specific modulus,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and other advantages.The problems of delamination,fiber tearing and poor surface roughness in the machining process restrict its further development and application.The parameters that affect the machining of CFRP are summarized,the relationship between the defects and the parameters is analyzed,and the methods are prospected to provide technical support for the machining of CFRP.
