摘要
根据提出的光伏并网反激式微型逆变器系统框架,使用PSIM仿真软件,对其进行建模和仿真,通过调节光照强度和温度这两个自变量,建立基于扰动观察法的MPPT模型、基于SOGI-PLL锁相环的光伏并网控制模型,以及反激拓扑电路模型.通过对各个模型,以及整体系统进行仿真研究,验证了各部分输出特性能够实现最终的安全并网,对光伏发电并网微型逆变器的研究具有一定的参考价值.
By using PSIM simulation software,modeling and simulation of photovoltaic grid-connected flyback micro inverter were carried out.Under the condition of various illumination intensity and tempera⁃ture,MPPT model based on perturbation and observation method,photovoltaic grid-connected control model based on SOGI-PLL and flyback topology circuit model were established.Through the simulation of each model and the whole system,it is verified that the output characteristics of each part can realize the final safe grid-connection,which has a certain reference value for the research of photovoltaic gridconnected micro inverter.
