摘要
为了解河南省和湖北省鸡球虫对磺胺氯吡嗪钠的耐药现状,选取河南省18个地区和湖北省17个地区的地方分离株进行鸡体笼养试验,以抗球虫指数(Anticoccidial index,ACI)来评价各虫株耐药性。研究结果显示,在所研究的93株鸡球虫分离株中,河南省共计虫株52株,湖北省共计虫株41株。在河南省52株分离虫株中,有25株对磺胺氯吡嗪钠完全耐药(ACI<160),16株中度耐药(160≤ACI≤180),11株敏感(ACI>180);在湖北省共计41株鸡球虫分离虫株中,有9株完全耐药,9株中度耐药,23株敏感。研究结果为河南省和湖北省鸡球虫的耐药性提供了数据支撑。
In order to understand the current situation of resistance of chicken coccidia to sulfachlorpyrazine sodium in Henan and Hubei provinces,this study selected local isolates from 18 areas in Henan province and 17 areas in Hubei province to conduct chicken cage experiments.The anticoccidial index(ACI)was used to comprehensively evaluate the drug resistance of each coccidial strain.The results showed that among the 93 chicken coccidia isolates studied,there were 52 strains in Henan province,41 strains in Hubei province.Among 52 strains in Henan province,25 strains were completely resistant to sulfachlorpyrazine sodium(ACI<160),16 strains were moderately resistant(160≤ACI≤180),and 11 were sensitive(ACI>180).Among 41 strains in Hubei province,9 strains were completely resistant,9 were moderately resistant,and 23 were sensitive.This study provides data support for the investigation of drug resistance of chicken coccidia in Henan and Hubei provinces.
