摘要
介绍避雷器在电气化铁道牵引供电系统中的应用,根据IEC标准给出避雷器的额定电压、持续运行电压、标称放电电流关键参数的计算原则,结合埃及轻轨牵引供电系统分析了220 kV、27.5 kV、20 kV避雷器的参数选型计算,总结梳理埃及轻轨牵引供电系统的避雷器配置,针对项目避雷器运维难点给出解决措施,实现了兼具“一带一路”国家本土特点和中国特色的中国智慧、中国方案、中国装备走出去的良好示范。
This paper describes the application of surge arrests in the traction power supply system of the electrified railway.Based on the calculation principle of key parameters of a surge arrester specified in IEC standards,such as rated voltage,continuous operating voltage and nominal discharge current as well as the traction power supply system used in Egypt Light Rail Transit,the calculation for parameter selection of 220 kV,27.5 kV and 20 kV surge arresters was analyzed,the configuration of arresters in the traction power supply system of Egypt Light Rail Transit was summarized and sorted out,and solutions to the O&M difficulties of arresters used in the Project were provided,showing a good demonstration of a project combining the local characteristics of countries of the“Belt and Road Initiative”with Chinese characteristics and making Chinese wisdom,Chinese solutions and Chinese equipment“Go Out”.
