摘要
化工设计和评价对于生产安全具有重要作用,能够对生产质量造成巨大影响,甚至还可能引发安全问题,对员工造成生命威胁。因此,必须在前期准备过程中重视设计和评价,在生产过程中通过评价进行适当的调整与优化,及时采取措施开展解决。以化工设计概述及特征为基础,阐明化工设计与安全评价的重要影响,指明化工安全生产问题,并提出化工安全评价核心技术与措施。
Chemical design and evaluation play an important role in production safety,can have a huge impact on production quality,and may even lead to safety problems,and pose a life threat to employees.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to design and evaluation in the early preparation process,make proper adjustment and optimization through evaluation in the production process,and take timely measures to solve the problem.Based on the overview and characteristics of chemical design,this paper expounds the important influence of chemical design and safety evaluation,points out the problems of chemical safety production,and finally puts forward the core technology and measures of chemical safety evaluation for reference.
