平武红鸡种鸡生长曲线拟合研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究平武红鸡种鸡生长发育规律,试验选取开放式鸡舍条件下平武红鸡种公鸡、母鸡各80只,在0~43周每周末分别称其空腹体重计算平均值,采用Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性模型对平武红鸡种鸡各周龄体重进行曲线拟合分析。结果表明:3种数学模型均能很好拟合平武红鸡种鸡的生长曲线,拟合度R 2均达到0.994以上。其中,Gompertz模型拟合效果最好,拟合结果最接近实际体重,公鸡母鸡的拟合度R 2分别达到0.998和0.996,拐点体重分别为951.82、703.07 g,拐点周龄分别为8.86、7.74周,最大周增重分别为153.24、130.77 g。说明Gompertz模型对平武红鸡种鸡生长曲线拟合度最高,是最佳模型,其曲线参数可为该品种选育和饲养管理提供数据支撑和依据。 To study the growth and development rule of Pingwu red chicken breeders.In this experiment,a total of 80 males and 80 females were selected from the open coop,the average fasting body weight was calculated at the end of every week from 0 to 43 weeks.The curvefitting analysis for the weight of Pingwu red chicken breeders at all weeks of age was performed by Gompertz,Logistic and Von Bertalanffy nonlinear models.The results showed that:The three mathematical models couldfit the growth curve of Pingwu red chicken breeders well,and thefitting degree R 2 was above 0.994,among them,Gompertz model had the bestfitting effect,thefitting results were closest to the actual weight,and thefitting degree R 2 of roosters and hens were 0.998 and 0.996,respectively.The inflection point weights were 951.82 g and 703.07 g,the inflection point weeks were 8.86 and 7.74 weeks,and the maximum weekly weight gain was 153.24 g and 130.77 g,respectively.These results indicated that Gompertz model has the highestfitting degree to the growth curve of Pingwu red chicken breeders,which is the best model.The curve parameters can provide data support and basis for breeding and feeding management of this breed.
