摘要
准格尔煤田属晚古生代石炭二叠纪煤田,区域内奥灰水补、迳、排系统较复杂、构造发育,煤层底板奥陶纪灰岩水害已成为制约准格尔煤田矿井安全生产的重大风险因素。针对准格尔煤田特厚煤层综放开采受奥灰承压水害威胁的实际情况和智慧矿山建设的具体需要,介绍了龙王沟煤矿水文地质致灾因素智能精准普查治理的具体应用和科学探索,着重阐述了奥灰承压水探测与注浆治理工艺、智慧矿山水害防治装备与系统建设等内容,形成了一系列具有普遍推广价值的承压水害防治技术与装备体系,在实现龙王沟煤矿安全高效生产的同时,为煤炭行业打造安全高效生产矿井提供了实例参考。
Zhungeer coalfield belongs to Late Paleozoic Carboniferous Permian coalfield,the Ordovician limestone water supply,runoff and drainage systems in the region are complex and structurally developed.The Ordovician limestone water disaster in the coal seam floor has become a major risk factor restricting the safety production of the coal mine in Zhungeer coalfield.In view of the actual situation that the fully mechanized caving mining of extra-thick coal seams in Zhungeer Coalfield is threatened by Ordovician limestone confined water hazards and the specific needs of the construction of smart mines,this paper introduces the specific application and scientific exploration of intelligent and accurate general survey and management of hydrogeological disaster causing factors in Longwanggou Coal Mine,and emphatically expounds the Ordovician limestone confined water detection and grouting treatment technology,water hazard prevention equipment and system construction of intelligent mines,etc,a series of confined water hazard prevention technologies and equipment systems with universal promotion value have been formed,which realizes the safe and efficient production of Longwanggou Coal Mine and provides an example reference for the coal industry to build a safe and efficient production mine.
