摘要
目的:比较前路手术内固定与后路手术内固定治疗脊柱骨折患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院仓山院区收治的100例脊柱骨折患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(50例)和试验组(50例)。对照组行前路内固定手术,试验组行后路内固定手术。比较两组手术指标、手术效果、并发症发生情况、影像学检查结果。结果:与对照组比较,试验组手术时间、住院时间、切口长度均更短,术中出血量、并发症发生率均更低(P<0.05)。两组下床时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,与对照组比较,试验组手术效果优良率更高(P<0.05)。术后6个月,与对照组比较,试验组的椎体前缘高度恢复率、椎体后缘高度恢复率均更高,Cobb角更低(P<0.05)。结论:后路手术内固定治疗脊柱骨折相较前路手术内固定在手术指标、手术效果及功能恢复上均有明显优势,推广价值更高。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of anterior and posterior internal fixation in the treatment of spinal fracture.Method:A total of 100 patients with spinal fracture admitted to Cangshan Hospital District of the 900 Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group underwent anterior internal fixation,and the experimental group underwent posterior internal fixation.The surgical indexes,surgical effects,complications and imaging results were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation time,hospital stay and incision length of the experimental group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss and complication rate were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in getting out of bed time between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after operation,compared with the control group,the rate of good and good results of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).6 months after operation,compared with the control group,the vertebral anterior margin height recovery rate and posterior margin height recovery rate of the experimental group were higher,and the Cobb angle was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with anterior internal fixation,posterior internal fixation has obvious advantages in terms of surgical indicators,surgical effects and functional recovery,and has higher promotion value.
