资源环境信息平台总体架构设计研究

摘要 本文针对区域可发展中存在的资源环境瓶颈,通过一定的承载力模型进行分析,还能为区域高质量发展提供针对性的科学对策。通过对土地资源环境承载力概念的简单阐述,了解国土空间规划编制中的资源环境承载力评价制度及其各类数据评价分析。通过收集地方基础数据,建立土地资源环境承载力信息管理平台,集成各类数据,有效运用GIS技术手段,进而实现对土地资源环境监测方法的科学与合理应用,并为地方资源环境承载力的综合评价提供科学支撑,为实现土地资源合理利用提供依据。 In view of the resource and environment bottlenecks existing in the regional development,it can also provide targeted scientific countermeasures for regional high quality development through the analysis of a certain bearing capacity model.Through a brief description of the concept of land resources and environmental carrying capacity,we can understand the evaluation system of resources and environmental carrying capacity in the preparation of land space planning and its various data evaluation and analysis.By collecting local basic data,establishing an information management platform for land resources and environmental carrying capacity,integrating various types of data,and effectively using GIS technology,the scientific and reasonable application of land resources and environmental monitoring methods can be achieved,which provides scientific support for the comprehensive evaluation of local resources and environmental carrying capacity,and provides a basis for the rational use of land resources.
